PRICES:

Prices shown on this site are in Euros and are inclusive of taxes in accordance to Spanish law
(18% VAT taxes is already included in the prices shown).
Dispatches to countries outside the EEC are Tax Free and on that case we will deduct the18% included in prices.
(for instance, if price shown is 100,00 euros, price Tax free will be 84,75 euros).

Displayed prices can be revised and modified by us at any moment

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE:

To purchase from our Karmensita.com online store is very easy !
First you need to register. Your personal information will be saved to make future purchases faster.
Just brose our online store and add any model you would like to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
We accept card payments and our prices are in Euros. If you are shopping from outside Europe, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

STATEMENT OF PRIVACY and CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other mayor debit cards.
You can also pay by PAYPAL.

Payment will be debited from your account upon reception of your order by Karmensita.com but if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Performed purchases and provided information are transmitted in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted format, which secure the purchasing process.
For additional security, we will never have  access to confidential information related to the mode of payment; because it will not to be stored, the bank information of each user will be requested for each new transaction. 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:

Once we receive your Order Confirmation and our bank confirms that payment has been made,  we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order and informing you that we start producing your order and when it will be shipped to you.

RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products within 30 days of receipt.  The product must be unworn and in their original boxes.
The shoe boxes cannot be marked by shipping labels, markers, tape, etc.
If you return your item within 14 days of receipt, you can choose:
1) Receive a refund of the cost of the item you bought (transport not included).
If your order has been shipped transport free but you return it for a refund we
will deduct the transport charges.
2) Change for a different size (of the same model and colour).
3) Store credit for the same amount of the item you bought, to place another order.
Any order returned after 14 days and within 30 days of original receipt will be accepted and exchanged for a store credit only.

Items will not be accepted for returned or exchange after 30 days of receipt.

Karmensita.com will not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for return postage costs.  If an exchange is requested we will send the new shoes free of shipping charges.
Note that we will admit returns only one time for each style bought unless there is a justified reason (like sending a different size or color than the ones ordered.. or a defect in the materials).

ONLINE RETURNS:
Take into account that we don’t have our shoes in stock, we make them one by one after receiving the orders by our customers.
We rarely have any returns, and when it happens is not due to a luck of quality, is because the fitting is like one size too small or one size too big than the actual size of the customer.
If you have bought Spanish or Italian shoes before, you should know what your size is. Our sizes are “well fit” European standard size (please check our size chart and equivalences for UK and US sizes), but anyway if after receiving the shoes you need a different size you may inform us and we will accept you to return it one time for each model, and we will make and send to you a new pair that fits you better.

We want you to be entirely happy with your order, therefore any replacement items will be sent to you free of Postage & Packing charges.
Taking into account the above, returns of shoes bought at full price that are returned within 14 days of receipt date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be replaced by the same style in a different (smaller or bigger) size.
Sale or “outlet” shoes must be returned within 14 days of receipt date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, and will be accepted for store credit only (we will not replace it by a new one).

Use the shipping box provided or heavy wrapping paper.
Please note: damaging the shoe box or returning shoes in boxes other than the shoe and shipping box provided may result in an additional charge.
