1. What kind of sizes are available?

Karmensita shoes are produced in European (continental) standar width sizes.
For SMALL, we produce size 32 to 35 (UK sizes 13  to 3).
For LARGE, we produce from 41 to 45 (UK sizes 7.5 to 11).
Half sizes are not available.
Please apply to the International Shoe Size conversion chart.

2. How can I purchase from the Karmensita online store?

To purchase from the Karmensita online store, you will need to create your account. Please be aware that your personal information will be saved to make future purchases faster.

3. How do I change my order?

As we are basically shoe factory, we may eventually accept small changes on the specifications of the shoes before starting the production but once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.
Note that besides the leathers and colours available for each model, you may also e-mail us if you want a model to be made in a leather or colour different to the ones shown.

4. Does Karmensita Stock the shoes?

No, we do not have the shoes already made.
We produce our shoes only after receiving the orders so that each pair may be considered like  “made to the order”  for each customer.

NOTE: Ocasionally we may have already made shoes in the OUTLET section.
In this case, the delivery is effected immediately after order in confirmed.

5. When is my order put into production?

Once we receive your Order confirmation and our bank confirms that payment has been made, you will receive an email to confirm the details of your order.
The expected time to produce and ship your order is usually 3 weeks.
