Delivery Schedule

If we have the materials at the factory (leather and colour that you have chosen) the production of your shoes may take like 10 or 12 days and when we give it to the forwarder we will email you informing that your order has been given to the forwarder that will deliver it to your address.
Take into account that the forwarder may take like 3 or 4 days for transit time till your home (depending on the different destination countries).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

“Karmensita” insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature when the goods are delivered and at that moment the responsibility for your purchase passes on to you.

You must inform us within two working days if you received the goods with any damage during the transit so that we can make a prompt claim to the forwarding.
